Santa Pod Raceway 2008 Easter Thunderball Nationals
This race had been brought forward in the year to coincide with Easter as has always been tradition. This change saw the weekend plagues by rain and snow and freezing temps. SPR did a fantastic job of trying to stay on top of the situation and to keep the hardcore fans, that showed up, entertained.

MRP MOPAC Friday night Street Legal Race #2 - Apr 11th
Race #1 was rained off so this was effectively the series opener. Great weather, great show.

It was a wee bit chilli, but a great weekend was had with some outstanding runs. On the Sunday I was only in attendance for a couple of hours so it has limited coverage.

Saturday was rained off so everything was compressed into Sunday, and after a couple of issues on track, the double header became a single. Great day's racing was had by all.
